Scheduled maintenance

Maintenance operations

Dear customer,

Please be informed that between Friday, May 15, 2026, and Sunday, May 17, 2026, planned maintenance works will be carried out on UniCredit Bank’s Mobile Banking, Online Banking, Business Mobile and BusinessNet applications, as well as on the bank’s card system.

Thus:

On Friday, May 15, 2026

  • Between 22:00 and 23:15, the Mobile Banking, Online Banking, Business Mobile and BusinessNet applications will not be available;
  • Authentication for e-commerce transactions will no longer be performed via Mobile Banking or Business Mobile, but automatically via static password and OTP;
  • Online payments or POS transactions made with UniCredit Bank or UniCredit Consumer Financing issued cards will be processed based on the available balance prior to the maintenance activities;
  • Cash deposits made at the Bank’s multifunctional terminals (MFAs) will be updated after the completion of the maintenance works.

Between Friday, May 15, 22:00 and Saturday, May 16, 01:00

  • The generation of PDF account statements from Mobile Banking, Online Banking, Business Mobile and BusinessNet applications will not be available.

Between Saturday, May 16, 2026, 21:00 and Sunday, May 17, 09:00

  • Instant Payments and PSD2 API services will not be available.
