Andrea started his professional career in UniCredit group in 2001 in the Planning and Control Unit at the Chief Financial Officer of UniCredit Services, and in the period 2005-2012 he held the position of Global Head of Planning and Controlling. In next years he held various positions in planning, training and development of human resources, remuneration and benefits. In 2018 he became Head of Human Resources in UniCredit Hungary, and since November 1, 2020 he has been Head of People and Culture of UniCredit Bulbank.
