Raluca Popescu is Executive Vice President Corporate within the Management Board of UniCredit Bank in Romania, starting with 1st April 2022. Previously, she was Director of Corporate Banking and Member of the Management Board of UniCredit Bulbank since November 2019, being at the same time Member of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit Leasing and Chairwoman of the Management Board of UniCredit Factoring.

With an experience in the financial banking field that started in 2000, Raluca Popescu joined UniCredit in 2003, and, both within UniCredit Bank and at Group level, in the Corporate area, she managed various roles and responsibilities, becoming Branch Manager, Head of the Italian Corporate Desk and then Director of the International Clients Department.

Afterwards, since 2016, Raluca held management positions in UniCredit entities in Bulgaria. She graduated the School of Banking and Stock Exchange Studies at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and has a Master degree from the University of Ottawa from the Romanian Canadian MBA at Bucharest Business School.
